        Andrea is a caring & attentive therapist, she makes me feel relaxed & calm. She is extremely knowledgeable & her Bowen treatments are THE best! I always gain so much benefit from my time in Andreas capable hands. Bowen is a full body treatment that leaves me feeling balanced & realigned. Cant recommend highly enough.

        I met Andrea 3 weeks ago and immediately felt very confident that she could help me. That has proven to be so right as she has given me skills to manage my anxiety and to keep positive, as well as a fabulous foot treatment! We now do our 'sessions' remotely which is being just affective, other than the fabulous foot treatment ! Cant wait to have a 'hands on' session, hopefully In the near future. Thank you Andrea

It was debilitating. After booking my course of Bowen, combined with Yoga, it's life changing. Fantastic mind set. Physical movements. Improved sleep and quality of life. Yoga has an amazing group of ladies. Hitting 50 this year feel the best I ever have.
