It was the first time my girl (Scottish terrier) has been groomed here - thank you so much she looks so cute again. She was very nervous about going in but Bailey was so kind to her.

She is just amazing at what she does x she cares about every dog that walks through that door x every dog has a different need and she takes time to get to know the pets needs x some don't like dryer so she will towel dry and let them dry natural x some are anxious so she give them breaks to reassure them that it's OK x some are aggressive but still refuses to use muzzle's and gives them the time of day and calms them x l could go on x she also doesn't put your poochies in a cage x herself and kira treat the all dogs as there own x they also play with the dogs and take lots of photos of them x prices are really cheap and it's not about money it's about the love of dogs and how rewarding it makes her feel doesn't amount to any money x she's just amazing x
