    As well as being a thoroughly decent guy, Jon is extremely engaging, focused and tailors his fitness plans to meet the specific needs of his clients. As a gym-ophob Jon has converted me by getting me to focus on a range of health issues and providing me with an individual plan that has significantly improved my strength and mobility. Absolutely recommend!!

    I've recently completed a 6 week online nutrition course with Jon. I contacted Jon to help me work on getting the right balance of eating healthy and training without being hungry all the time! The weekly calls were really interesting, learning something new each week. Jon is so knowledgeable and really helpful, he was always quick to respond to any questions I had in-between our calls. My goal was to not be hungry during the day and we achieve that instantly and with trusting Jon and sticking to the plans I've found a new way of eating that helps control my snacking! I would highly recommend Jon to anyone looking for nutrition advice for a lifestyle change or help with training for a specific goal x

    I have worked through the 365 Coaching Service for two years. I'm a 53 year old active women that lives in the United States. I was looking for a program that I could complete at home but was set up personally for me. Jon has been my personal coach since the beginning, and he has help me every step of the way. He puts together a daily exercise program and very informative videos that help you learn how each excercise is supposed to be performed. We talk monthly via Zoom meetings, to go through how the traing programs are working and what we can improve on for the next month. I also talk to him via text any time I need to ask a question or make a change. It has worked out perfectly for my lifestyle as my work days and hours vary. I have become stronger and leaner since the start. This is a self motavating program but, If you are looking for a program that works around your schedule and incorporates what equipment you have at your house, this is the program for you. Jon is a very experienced coach and is very knowledgeable on Anatomy/Physiology. His guidance has been on point every time I am having an issue with tight muscle or pains.

    I have always been an active person but in 2017 I hurt my lower back and needed surgery. The surgery worked but left me weaker on my right hand side particularly the right leg. In 2022 I again suffered a set back and my physiotherapist recommended going to see Jonathan which I started doing in August 2022. The first session was a very comprehensive assessment of my movement and capabilities with the injury. All recorded by Jon to help him build a programme specifically for me which he did. He taught me the programme and supported it with detailed videos I could revisit on my iPad and phone. I learnt the programme very quickly and there was a marked improvement in my mobility and strength. The stretching programme I now do at home several times a week takes about 20 minutes each time. The improvements were noticeable and came quickly. I then joined the Dronfield Civic gym and Jon added another 40 minute gym programme building strength and balance. I go about twice a week if I can. Occasionally when I feel my back is a little sore I can still do these programmes and it improves. I am definitely stronger than last year and I can pretty much operate as normal for walking, cycling and lifting safely. I particularly like the way the sessions with John are very flexible and I can arrange them to suit me and my plans and that is how we are working together this year. The frequency is arranged to mutually to suit us both but the key is doing some sessions yourself supported by the videos in the App. The programmes and training have made a huge difference to me and I highly recommend Jon and his company.

    Jon has completely transformed my overall fitness in the last 15 months both before my total knee replacement to improve my general fitness in readiness for the op and thereafter to continue my recovery When I was introduced & recommended to Jon, I was not only suffering from arthritis in both knees (which I was advised needed total knee replacements) I also suffered from painful sciatica and intermittent lower back issues Thanks to Jons tailored personal fitness sessions starting with 2x30 minute pre op sessions to now a weekly 45 minute post op sessions, I am now free of all my knee and back issues and last week I was discharged from Thornbury - as a 74 year old who played amateur football & competitive squash (hence the knee and back issues) its a miracle! Jon has a very well equipped gymnasium, tailors and varies the exercises and he plays Dad friendly music playlists covering the 60s to 80s Cheers Jon for getting me fitter and mobile
