(To THE COMPANY: DONT SAY THAT I WAS NOT YOUR CUSTOMER, I WAS!!) This company is NOT professional AT ALL, we just moved house 1 week ago. They didn't take proper care of our belongings even though we labelled some as delicate, they just dumped all stuff in the garage. The main and most important thing was they broke our very expensive bed frame and worse left without saying anything instead of owning up to it, our walls were also damaging twice and we had to point out the damage. And now we are contacting them to sort out but it takes ages, they said they check e-mail within 2 days, does it make sense? They live in Africa? Really horrendous experience, they need to be valued again, goodness knows how they got the Which? rating??!! If I can put a zero star, I would do that!! Please do not use this company if you value your possessions!! +) They also just made up their testimonial (of course, only nice words!!) by using my husband name on their website!! Very disgusting!!!!!!!! This is totally an illegal deed!

I'm not sure if I can quite express how good this company were to work with. The level of customer service was incomparable to most other companies out there, and nothing was too difficult or an issue for them to sort. Despite us having many challenges with our moving dates, and a lot of uncertainties at times, they never complained or treated us badly. In fact, they went further out of their way to help and assist us. They were always on time, always happy (despite the weather), and super courteous throughout. Also, the incredibly competitive quote meant that we felt they actually wanted to move us, rather than trying to fob us off with a ridiculous quote (like other companies did). Seriously, can't thank or recommend them enough. Thank you / Diolch yn fawr.
