awful. ordered some items for valentines on the 10th feb (order date) and realised my address had auto-filled wrong, i emailed on the 22nd feb to ask if anything could be done and have contacted them through every social media multiple times and no replies to anything.

Absolutely appalling company. I purchased two chococate gift boxes in early December and to date (9th Jan) they have not arrived. I was given no tracking information despite this being quite an expensive order. After a week, I complained and was told that it was entirely down to the Royal Mail distruption. I complained again and got the same sort of response, and then they then stopped communicating with me. The point is (1) why would you use Royal Mail for shipping when everyone knew it was disrupted (2) I had ordered other items since these which had been delivered by Royal Mail and (3) the company is legally responsible for the safe delivery of the goods within a reasonable timeframe. It was clear they would never refund me, despite my consumer rights, and as the items have never arrived I am beginning to doubt they were ever sent. Fortunately, I had paid with PayPal and went to them for a full refund which has been received today. Again, the company did not meaningfully engage with me through the PayPal dispute system.
