How disappointed I was with this store. It used to be really reasonably price. Now it is soooo expensive 1.50 for a toddler's book and the battery was flat in it ??? These used to be 2 for a 1 50 for a dolls house that had marker pen writing all over it ???? I understand that the aim is to make as much money for the charity but when there is loads of stock in the shop and a sign saying no more donations please and people going to the tip because you don't want their donations its ridiculous Sell at a fair price get rid get the money In the till and restock Stop comparing prices with eBay You are a charity and need the money And it is hard times for some people who rely on charity shops for Christmas presents for children

This review is mainly for the childrens shop. I have been shopping here for years. It was a fantastic shop, somewhere I could buy lots of lovely clothes for my boy at a reasonable price. I have since had a second child and cannot believe how extortionate and ridiculous the prices have gone. I went in today and found a little jumper 6-9 months for 5. A year ago the same jumper would have been 2 maximum. I found a t shirt for my niece but it was 3 had colour fading and a small hole. The kids toys have gone up in price too. This shop no longer feels like its worth the trip from the other side of Sheffield. The other barnardos shop there is also now massively overpriced apart from the 1 rail, although this rail is full of tatty old rubbish. Huge disappointment today for both barnardos shops.
