Went in to get a quote for a bathroom for my disabled parents service I received was the best customer service I have ever had Gail was lovely to speak to huge amount of knowledge and definitely the right person for the job Her knowledge and effort not only beat others on her quote but also on completion time Could not recommend enough

First of all one word to sum it up, amazing!!! I was recommended City Plumbing in Dronfield by my bathroom fitter, even though I had never heard of them. I hadnt known where to start looking for a bathroom as I had never done it before but he said that they were good. So booked an appointment to see Gail and she was amazing. So helpful, knowledgable, asked questions about what I wanted and told me what options there was rather than being told what I should or shouldnt have. Great variety of items to see in the showroom too which is a great help as you can actually see what you are getting then. Gail answered all my questions and I really felt she listened to what I wanted so make the process all so much simpler. Bathroom now fitted and I am very happy with all everything I ordered as no issues with anything at all. I was also happy with the price that I paid so again one word to describe the whole process is amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Great service, fast and reliable. The guys on the counter we're really helpful and could have a laugh and joke.
