Well ordered on line , nothing known about the company but goods looked good , also prices were very good . Arrived in good condition,very pleased with the purchase. I've looked at reviews but the ones that were made yrs ago aren't good ! This is my 1st experience of dealing with the company, 100% pleased with delivery and clothing ! Just to let you know we live in scotland ,this was purchased for walking dogs in the bad weather

Avoid !!! Made an order on the 11th of December 22 the order has not arrived, havnt received any updated emails as to what is going on with my order, I've tried ringing 2 numbers provided on the website, and emailed the customer services but no response from anywhere, I've read some other reviews that have had the same issues so again it's a case of I wish I had looked into this company more before ordering !!! Now begins trying to get a refund !!!!

Very good service, brought the wrong colour and they sent me a free replacement when I returned the item very happy and quick and polite response from my emails. Thank you
