I had a charger installed last year, when I came home yesterday it was not receiving the Wi-Fi, I tried everything contacted the company of the product all to no avail so I contacted go electric, Rebecca was fantastic she tried contacting Easee for me and got them to get in contact. I have previously used them for Electric car charging installation, I got an appt quickly and it was also installed quickly with no fuss. The company that came out before them were saying it would take them at least half a day due to the location of the electric point. But this company did the work in no time. Because of this we recently had a problem inside the house where all the upstairs electrics just cut off, so we called this company again, Rebecca who answered our call explained to us everything and arranged an appointment which was sooner then we thought, she was very professional not only did they fix the problem which wasnt as straightforward as it seemed at first but they also were very professional and dealt with the issue as a matter of urgency, they were very considerate of our property and went above and beyond in fixing the issue as quickly as possible. I cant recommend them enough. They are the ones to call if you want stress free reliable service, and we would use them again if we had to.
