I can't recommend this company enough. I've had many cars in my life and must admit I have never enjoyed buying one yet. I find the sales staff pushy and never felt confident enough to challenge what they says as I know nothing about cars or their value. When I was recommend Your Car Negotiator I was a little apprehensive as I thought it might just be another sales person to deal with, but that was so far from the truth. Manuel was so friendly and he compleatly understood our fears. He made the entire process for the first time ever an enjoyable one . Not only did he deal with the car sales staff on our behalf he saved us money too. When it was time to collect the car all the negotiations had been done making the process much easier. Manuel was great help in explaining what I was being offered by the dealer and he was successful in negotiating a discount for me with the first dealer I spoke with.

I was dreading buying a new car but my PCP agreement was coming to an end and I knew I needed a 5 door car moving forwards. I asked Manuel to look into an Audi A1 and was astonished when he managed to save me 1800 in total. Manuel handled all the calls and emails with the dealership and I just had to sign the forms and collect the car which was such a relief at a busy time for me. Nothing is too much trouble for Manuel and he worked hard to get a fair deal that I could afford. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you Manuel
