I cant recommend James highly enough. He has a very calm demeanour which is perfect for enduring the many trials and tribulations of the planning process and a wealth of experience which was crucial for knowing when we could stand our ground to get our design accepted. I feel like hes achieved the impossible for me and the results are going to be life changing.
