        I had a treatment here for my back problems, Jo is polite, informative and extremely good at what she does, so much so my wife now also uses her for sleep and menopause symptoms. I cannot recommend Jo enough to anyone.

        My first time experiencing Reflexology & wasnt sure what to expect, as a long distance runner I dont sit still for long but Jo made me feel so comfortable & relaxed I almost fell asleep! I felt so good afterwards, really like how Jo explained the different areas of the foot and effects on the body, definitely learned a lot. Highly recommend Jo, felt completely at ease the moment I walked in.
