        Was sold a dictaphone we think was possibly faulty or a return. Cost a lot of money and they now are totally unhelpful. Would never buy from this company again

        First time i have dealt with this company. Rang up to make a purchase. Spoke to Elliot who was really friendly and helpful. Explained I wanted next day delivery and sure enough it arrived the next morning via trusty parcel force. What a great service. Would highly recommend! Thank you Elliot and also John for the follow up email confirmations with instructions.

        This is my second time buying from Speak IT. Every part of my experience with Speak IT solutions has been perfect. The live chat on the site is great to ask quick questions to which you get detailed answers and offers of more assistance. Elliot was super helpful and responded to my emails very quickly and was patient when I had check things with our finance department. I had slightly complicated order which they handled brilliantly. They also process and ship orders out very quickly. Very impressed. Would recommend to anyone.
