        Absolutely shocking pharmacy the young staff at the back of the shop have foul langue seem to be messing around and not focusing on there jobs the girls on the front counter are such hard workers especially the young brunette she is always smiling and doesn't seem to stop she is always on the go it's refreshing to see a smiling professional others should take not they might learn something about customer service skills management need to get a grip of the younger staff members they must think there in a playground forgetting that potential life is in there hands when sorting out people's medication not very professional in the slightest

        Needed an urgent prescription, travelled from Worcester as opening hours said closes at 7pm. Got there at 5.30pm to find it shut.:-/

        Always have excellent service, helpful staff even though very busy. I took a prescription in yesterday at 11am for a new medication for my mum which had to be ordered. Just rung back at 11am today and all ready. Thank you.
