        Absolutely appalling service. Our dog doesn't like having clippers used and only likes being done with scissors but yesterday they decided to use clippers and traumatised the poor dog. They called us to say they couldn't continue the groom as he was aggressive. Today we've had a call to say they don't want him there again (he's been going to the groom room for 6 years and never a problem before!) and during the telephone conversation the same groomer said he wasn't aggressive he just wasn't happy. So he's completely changed his story from yesterday. He said the dog for upset when he started using the clippers. When I said he shouldn't have done so he said "but it's a different clippers". I mean seriously!!?? No clippers means no clippers surely. When I picked the dog up I said "what have you been up to you naughty boy" to which another groomer replied "no, he hasn't been naughty" . Talk about contradiction UPDATE The manager called us a few days after this and said he couldn't understand what had happened and that he would go away and investigate and call us back in a few days. Here we are 3 weeks later and we haven't heard a thing
