New Years day 2016 and the body topped out at 99.7kgs... I think the medical expression is morbidly obese, so its time to get a grip on life...! Equipped with a new diet, all good intentions were dashed as a month down the line, weigh scales remained stubbornly defiant...! SpaFitness took on my plight/challenge and within 6 months, 20kgs had vanished, yes, thats 3 stone in old money.... , and Ive gone from a couch-potato to someone about to complete his 3rd of 4x 10K Wolf Runs for 2016. Its not just about diet and exercise, it about mind-set and thats the power of SpaFitness. With weight now under control and vitality returned, the next 6 months will focus on muscle development and body profiling. And with the help of SpaFitness, my expectations have already been exceeded. The only down side to this fitness life style is that a whole new wardrobe will be required as my waist has come down from 36 to 30. Not bad for someone in his mid 50s... Remember, the journey is long, but in the end it is only with Yourself...!
