        Very dissatisfied with the product offered sub standard frames all designed for fashion not for work related use , prices are not in keeping with pensioner budgets understaffed move on to the next customer we have your money Next Victim please

        A really thorough eye test and chose a new pair of glasses assistance was very helpful

        Appreciate they are busy but rudeness and making a senior lady (my friend) wait with no update until asked is unacceptable. Then on return being dismissed without even a smile also unacceptable. And then when questioning their dismissiveness saying they already told them is wrong, as I was with my friend so I know what they'd already said and they didn't give an update until asked after 15 mins of standing around. It's the lack of communication and abruptness from the mature blonde lady that has caused this review. I think this will have lost them at least 4 customers as we'll be off to Boots instead. It's as shame as the other staff were lovely
