Box Positive sessions with Charles are hugely enjoyable and I have seen a marked improvement in my fitness in a very short time frame. Charles's enthusiasm and eagerness to work with the client are also big plus factors about Box Positive. I'd very highly recommend Box Positive.

For a long time I have been suffering with some serious issues in my shoulder, back and elbow, caused by my job, that had gotten so bad, I was actually having to deal with the atrophy of some of my muscles in my arm and loss of strength in my hand. Charles, with his experience as an Occupational Therapist, has given me a series of exercises that have allowed me to regain a large degree of my old strength back. I think because of Box Positive, and Charles's knowledge, I am very likely to make a full recovery.

The idea that someone who has been suffering from PD for 8 years could find boxing any benefit made me smile when I was told of it. But its true using boxing as an exercise framework can help with balance, agility, confidence as well as a chance to meet with others who have the same problems. Charles has great enthusiasm and encouragement for all participants as well as injecting humour into the proceedings, that helps all feel like a champ. Keep up the good work and AJ and Tyson, be afraid, be very afraid. Peter B

My Dad attends Box Positive on a regular basis and can't speak highly enough of both Charles, Box Positive and the wider group! In addition to the improvements in his mobility, the social aspect of meeting a group has been fantastic! Box Positive has been brilliant and we can highly recommend for PD patients.

I was diagnosed with Parkinsons at the age of 49 and the boxing has helped me tremendously in my core strength and movement. Boxing has helped me deal with challenges that PD brings. Apart from the improvement in my physical fitness it also allows the meeting of similar people and with a coach who is passionate about improving the lives of people who live with Parkinsons.
