Bradley came and did a brilliant demonstration and was happy to listen to my thoughts and budget. I am now looking forward to installation and then having lazy girl time.

I had a representative from this company concerto demonstrate the rise and recline chairs which we had decided could be suited to our needs as we age. Phil was very friendly, there was no hard sell and eventually we agreed on a deal on 2 chairs and a matching 2 seater settee. These items are produced locally by craftsmen and should last the rest of our lifetime. They're not cheap but you get what you pay for and the demonstrator model was exceedingly comfortable. Thus has been a goid experience so far and we're looking forward to having our new furniture. If no one wants our current suite this company will remove it and give it to a charity for someone who will benefit so we're all winners

On behalf of my 85 year old Grandma - she ordered a custom bed in January this year. It arrived 3 weeks later with the wrong measurements. It is now nearly May, and they still have not rectified the situation. They only offered to provide the correct size once she asked for a refund. The bed is too short, to the point where her feet hang off the end. Absolutely appalling service.
