No stars deserved - I returned an item for a refund and stated to the assistant serving me that I wished to keep the plastic bag (which I had purchased separately on the day I bought the item) when another assistant intervened, glanced at the receipt and stated (as if I wasnt there) she didnt pay for the bag to which I responded I most certainly did pay for the bag!. I suggest that the assistant in question checks her facts and undertakes customer service training at the very least to stop her from displaying such rude and unacceptable behaviour in future!
