I thoroughly recommend the staff at Nicol and Co Droitwich to manage your house sale. It started with Robyn McKenzies valuation which was exactly the price my home sold for. She started with a virtual walkthrough because of the Pandemoc then attended in person as soon as restrictions were eased. Robin showed me similar properties and their sold prices to explain her valuation. The team showing prospective buyers through were prompt and respectful. Follow up calls giving feedback were made quickly and provided detailed information. It was then the sales progression team with whom Zi had the most contact. Jess and Katie contacted me regularly with updates. The sale is due for completion in 2 days. I couldnt be happier.

Purchasing a property was a very long and arduous process through no fault of Nicol & Co. Fortunately for me the whole journey was made a lot more tolerable thanks to the wonderful help I received from Hannah, assisting me with chasing solicitors who had no concept of time. She was always easily contactable and keen to assist, I am extremely grateful for her support. I fear without her assistance I may have been in a perpetual limbo suffering with my solicitors, so thank you for allowing me to escape that inexorable hell.
