Paul Cox Tiling And Decorating

Needed reliable bathroom fitter & tiler. Paul was recommended to us. Gave us a quote & start date. Bought all the fittings etc in readiness. Had a text off him a few days before start date to say he would be postponing our job as he was helping another person who had been let down. Gutted. Gave us another date. Morning of the job he text to say he would be here at 9am...10:30am still no show, 5pm nothing. 7pm I text him asking if there was a problem...nothing back. A week on no communication from him. To be shafted once is bad enough but twice! Tradesmen are hard to find. Unfortunately for him word will get around. Don't bother wasting your time with him. Totally unreliable.

5* HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I wouldnt go to anyone else! Paul is a master in his trade and will go above and beyond to get the job done and done to a fantastic standard. We had our entire kitchen floor tiled and weve also got him booked for our bathroom once weve finished the downstairs!! Great value, professionalism, knowledge & skill! Have recommended to family, friends and will do so to anyone looking for great floor and wall tiling in the West Midlands.
