I have been a patient for 14 years. I have always been treated in a friendly, understanding and polite manner by receptionists, doctors and nurses alike. Handling of patient care during the pandemic has been excellent.

One of the worst doctors I've been to, never any appointments, they aren't helpful, they stopped me medication until I can have an appointment then told me I can't have an appointment for a week and a half. So I just have to make do.

I used to think this was a brilliant practice until my son was very ill. I had to practically beg a Dr to come out. When he turned up he dismissed my son's symptoms and said he had a virus. Once the Dr had left I phoned 999. My son was rushed to resus, he had Diabetic Ketoacidosis. Luckily my son survived but didn't get so much as an apology from the doctor. So glad I am no longer in the area and have different doctors now. Please parents listen to your instinct, you know your children better than anyone.
