        Rob is highly regarded by GPs and other podiatrists & chiropodists that I have met. His help with my feet over many years has helped me (now age 57) to go from being unable to walk for more than half an hour without pain in my right foot, knee and hip, to being able to run comfortably for 90 minutes.

        Very good sorted issues with foot and is on going, as is a mess even after surgery but Roberts kept me going. cannot fault whole service whatsoever worth the journey from Gloucester.

        I have no idea how good Rob is at his job, unfortunately when booking the appointment his secretary failed to inform me that he was no longer working out on Winefield Hospital. Waited two weeks, had 3 reminder messages and not a single message to inform he was not working there due to Covid. When informed of this mistake, not so much as an appology from the secretary, but resolute defense that it was my fault. Absolutely atrocious customer service.
