I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received very recently. Sterling offered to take a look at my non functioning inverter for free. (The problem was my fault) Within six days it was returned in working order. I only had to pay for the new electronic panel, which they had to fit. Fantastic service.

Had issues with our 60Ah battery, liaised with Owen and found that issue was a faulty BMS. Owen went to great lengths to resolve problem and kept us fully updated throughout the process. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We've got a host of thier kit on our self build VW LWB Crafter, Lithium batteries, B2B, Pro Charger, Diagnostic Control Panel, Quasi Inverter, its not cheap but its bloody good, reliable and trouble free. My husband deals with them and can't rate thier support, knowledge and helpfullness high enough ! Well done

So.......problem with my Sterling 12v-60a Pro Charge Ultra battery charger. You send a message, almost instant reply, fill in a form, follow up with discussion about problem and sending unit for repair. Repair is done in hours and it's back with me plus cleaned up and looking like new within a couple of days. Customer service just does not come any better. The 5 stars says it all. Should have been 6 stars.

Highly recommended - minor issue which was sorted promptly under warranty by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team. Will no doubt purchase from Sterling Power again.
