Update: after 5 months we still didn't receive our table cover. Many emails sent and lately no reply - we ordered from here because, only because of the table cover.
Another update: they flagged my review as "not being based on a genuine experience"!!! They have reached a new level and 1 star minus!! So my 80 paid on a water proof table cover not received, is not genuine experience!!!! No replies to my emails and no table cover!!!!DISGUSTING
Update no 2: decided to call, Sunday and I am sorry I done that because it looked like I disturbed them from having dinner - "they told me they will look into it". Felt really embarrassed for calling on Sunday and didn't ask for many details so I called back on Monday asking how long is going to take to look into my table cover situation and come back with a resolution...assuming they didn't have enough time since May to do it, but that's something else...oh the guy started shouting at me, talking over me and repeating himself with same little sad story they will look into my case and investigate...and he is calling me darling as well(with a quiet ironic tone)!!

When our furniture set arrived ten days later with a parasol missing, and Eterna followed up with an email advising me my order was complete, I lodged a complaint requesting a credit of the cost of the parasol as a goodwill gesture. I received a call back within 24 hours agreeing to this, so I sent my bank details for payment. I did not receive payment or a response.
I called in early October, and a director took my call who advised me that they had sacked the customer service operative for being too generous to customers. He requested that I resend my follow up email to him, which I did and I received no response.
The parasol eventually arrived several days later: to our billing address (our old first floor flat with no garden) rather than our delivery address. I advised Eterna the following day that I had made the 40 minute round trip to collect the parasol, and requested an update on my complaint resolution.
I have still yet to receive a response. When I have called to chase up, I am always told 'somebody will give you a call back'. I'm still waiting.
The only reason this is a two star rather than one star review is that the furniture itself is quite good. I'm a first time buyer, so I may well have ordered from Eterna again if their customer service had been better. Unfortunately this experience has been really poor, and when I've spoken to Eterna on the phone they've blamed everyone but themselves.
