Be aware Totally messed up my vehicle. Then couldn't solve the problem

Terrible. Used a chap called sid who has since left the country. Had my campervan mapped, he scratched the ecu and after refusing to accept this was the cause I spent over 700 in towing fees, mechanics etc who all confirmed it was the ecu due to it being scratched during mapping. Sid bought us a new ecu and replaced it and wolla it worked. Told sid I wanted reimbursing for the money spend as a consequence of his actions to diagnose the van and have it towed after it died while we were in the north of the country - I he refused and said he will give us a free dpf clean (because naturally that's what we wanted after forking out hundreds due to his mistake... I didn't want him anywhere near my cars!) He then messaged saying he had left the country so we emailed the franchise head office who basicly ignored us and said the issue is with the franchisee. Thanks a lot. Avoid avoid avoid.
