Natural Nails and Beauty

Got told French were 30, when it came to paying she said 35. I told the lady I wanted a natural/clear pink. She didnt understand. She stared at me for about 30 seconds intimidating me while I just didnt know what to say I said just do what you think because I was alone and genuinely so uncomfortable. She shouted in a different language very loudly and rudely and her colleague came over to me. My nails are not bad but the shape does not match, the French are thicker on one hand than the other and my thumbs are so stubby it looks awful. I was genuinely trying not to cry at the way I was humiliated infront of other customers. Regret coming here, never again.

Some staff are lovely, but others very rude and Ive had some of the worst nail sets here. No attention to detail, very overpriced for such bad quality. Dont waste your money here

Booked a appointment for 16:00 at 16:40 they decided to start doing my nails, they were rude and the desks were dusty and dirty. nails were okay but not particularly good for the price. They charge more then advertised without explaining why. overall not impressed and wouldnt recommend.
