We feel so lucky that we found Pip. He is knowledgable, professional and passionate about what he does. He listened to all of our requirements and supported us in developing our ideas. He was on hand throughout the whole process from design, through build working with the landscapers, planting and aftercare. Pip's vision from a boring old lawn has given us a beautiful outside space that we can now use and enjoy as an area for friends and family. Working with Pip is a pleasure, he takes you through every step of the process and comes back at the end to make sure he happy as well as you. I contacted Pip in Jan 2022 looking for ideas for our new garden. From the initial visit right through to the completion of our garden Pip was excellent. He listened to what we wanted and produced a brilliant design, recommended the landscape Gardner who did a great job and produced a planting plan that suited our garden/lifestyle, throughout every stage Pip's communication was excellent.We now have a amazing garden that we can enjoy for years to come. We started working with Pip in late March 2022 through to the completion of our garden in early December. Pip will continue to work with us on the garden this Spring and Summer which is an example of his professionalism and the care he delivers to his clients. Initially we thought we knew what we wanted for the garden but waivered somewhat especially during the initial design stages. Pip remained professional, super accommodating and was full of ideas despite the multitude of changes we threw at him. Pip gently steered us throughout and we felt in very safe hands with with him, never hurried or pushed, just benefitting from his professional knowledge. We also benefitted greatly from the relaxed Zoom meetings and visuals, when Pip's vast experience and calm manner soothed any of our concerns. Pip was always on hand too to pop over to oversee the construction stages, despite the distance involved and the weather! And he is always on time which is brilliant! The result of Pip's immense attention to detail, thoroughness, excellent communication and flare means we have ended up with far more than just a new garden. We now have a wonderful, swanky space with a life and style all of its own that we could never have achieved without Pip. We are absolutely delighted with the garden Pip has designed for us. The planting scheme is amazing and all our family and friends have remarked how stunning our new garden is - its certainly got the wow factor we were hoping for. Our consultations with Pip were excellent - Pips knowledge and expertise and creative ideas has resulted in us achieving the garden of our dreams - a fantastic extension of our home and a fabulous place to relax and also socialise and entertain with family and friends alike.
