Nearly finished calling professional workers in to fix the problems Spa Gas have bodged when they worked on my house in 2013. In my opinion, really don't bother with them. There's a long list of issues with the quality of their work that I don't have time to explain.

I have a rather complex setup at home using a commercial boiler and underfloor heating system. The boiler was throwing an error saying it was unable to communicate with the controller. After calling out two engineers from other companies and them both being unable to fix it, I tried Spagas. First they sent in a boiler engineer, he assessed the boiler and said there's no problem with the boiler itself, and thus it must be a problem in the controller. They then sent a controls engineer, who was able to diagnose the fault. A fuse had blown in the underfloor heating controller due to a faulty pump. He disconnected the faulty pump and replaced the fuse, this enabled me to use the boiler again while waiting for the replacement pump. They then sourced a replacement pump, and sent an engineer who replaced it, and tested everything was working. All in all great service from Spagas and well done for solving a complicated problem that other companies couldn't. I know who to call if I have problems in future.
