Charles Brown Developments built us an Oak Framed garden room in 2019 to replace an outdated conservatory. The project was very well managed and completed within the agreed time scales. We couldnt be more delighted with the space, we use it every day all year round. We are so glad to have had this space during lockdown as it has improved our living environment enormously. Chas Brown started our building project in July 2020 and completed it within the projected timeframe. We were delighted with both the process and the final outcome which has afforded us a spacious and well planned kitchen living area with a modern and designer feel. He also re-built two patio areas which enhanced the outside areas of the extension. Chas is an absolute delight to have in your home as a builder, considerate, well planned, highly professional and above all totally honest and reliable. He pays enormous attention to detail and nothing is too much trouble. He dealt with his sub-contractors in a well timetabled way so that there were no delays. His work ethic is exemplary and he always showed himself to be sensitive to the needs and expectations of his client, especially undertaking the work during the most testing of Covid restrictions. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Chas Brown and would say he is well worth waiting for.

Chas Brown has done numerous projects for us, including a timber framed orangery, electrical work, and patio renovations. Chas is a pleasure to have working in your home, he is extremely tidy and shows great attention to detail. Chas works well with other sub contractors and is completely trust worthy. I highly recommend using this company. Charles recently completed an extension for me and I am so pleased with it. Excellent quality of work. Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Chas and those working with him were reliable and professional - and even tidy! I wouldn't use anyone else now, thank you!
