I went for cut and blow-dry which came in at 34.
Firstly the girl who washed my hair was rather rough and it seemed like she'd rather be doing any number of other things.
Then the lady who cut my hair started chatting away and got in to slaging off other customers, which made me feel rather awkward since I started wondering what she might be saying about me.
The cut itself ended up being shorter than I wanted, with bad layering and an uneven fringe.
Unfortunately all of this was very well hidden by the blow-drying and styling at the end so wasn't immediately visible. I only discovered the 'damage' after washing my hair at home and trying to style it.
I did not enjoy this appointment at all and will not be going back.
