        The care and service provided by A V Brand was excellent, I cannot imagine how it could be improved, A most caring and professional team! The flowers for the coffin were also excellent. Regarding the service at Redditch Crematorium. A beautiful setting, but comments I received from several attendees was that the sound level for the Eulogy was too low, to hear clearly, if one has any hearing problems. I would definitely agree with this.

        They kept in contact all the way upto my wife's funeral. Very professional and sympathetic. Everything was what we asked for. Had to chase them for the final bill and also had a couple of phone calls to see how I was doing after the funeral
