Diamond Windows (Droitwich) Ltd

Currently having Windows and doors fitted with Diamond. Nice salesman but don't use as still waiting for everything to be fitted properly, several months after ordering. Apparently a lead time of 10 days, absolute garbage. Once fitted, sills and frames are either measured incorrectly or badly installed and damaged. Due to the sheer wait of lead times, I've been left out of pocket considerably and even have had my builders walk off the job for over a week as they couldn't continue without the guaranteed windows. Go elsewhere.

Cannot recommend Diamond Windows enough. Top quality service and work from survey to finish. Big shout out to top fitters Rich and Joe.

If I could have awarded 6 stars or more, I would happily have done so. Diamond recently completed a fairly big job for us. Kitchen re-design and relocation within the property. Dining room, "old" kitchen & conservatory all knocked through into 1 large open space and extension to the back of the property also added to make it really nice big area. From the first consultation with Gary, through to full completion the service, advice, support, communication and quality of work has been exceptional. Ricky project managed the building work and was on-site every 2 or 3 days and then Gary project managed the interior work and again was here at least every 2 days or so. The tradesmen were of the highest quality, from Martin and Dillon (build), Andy, Joe and team (warm roof, windows, bi-folds), Dan (plumbing), Graham (electrical), Nick (painting), Steve (flooring), & Ed & Gary himself (fitting the kitchen, etc.), Dave & Mark (plastering) - we cannot thank you enough, and apologies if I have missed anyone out - not intentional. We are 100% satisfied and the result and the actual experience has far exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Diamond to anyone - top, top job and we cannot stop smiling. Thank you again
