        Book appointment for cleanup (removing plaque) but instead I got check up which I don't need, must pay for that. Waste of time and money.

        Bumped off list for not having attended an appointment in last 2-3 years. Last appointment was in 2019 so within 3 years. No communication to tell me I would be removed from the list - when questioned, told "the computer just does it, we dont get told" - what a load of rubbish! Just wanted to get rid of another NHS patient to make way for private patients. May be called Gentle Dental but lacking care and empathy in all respects.
