Horrible company that only cares about money, not their customers. Try to charge for freezing an ill child's membership is simply unethical.

Utter bunch of scammers. Tie you into a gym contract and then make it as difficult as possible to get out of it! Beware and read the small print.

Contacted numerous times via their website on various issues regarding the Castle Sports swimming pool at Spalding. For whatever reason, they don't feel it's necessary to reply, nor address my concerns. Management of this particular pool is abysmal. Staff have left due to poor management and conditions. I haven't even got started on the state of the pool. Before it was taken over, at least the staff knew how to look after the water condition. @Parkwood - if you can contact me please that'd be much appreciated - then I might consider withdrawing the review.
