Poor post office, more expensive than main PO in Droitwich. Paid extra for guaranteed next day, signed-for & tracked delivery which failed to appear on the day and time paid for. No help offered when reporting this issue and now have to wait for PO report. If you need important items to be guaranteed delivery, use the main PO in town as they have direct lines to main hubs to chase items missing or delayed.
