        I need to write a book about my experience with this company - one or two paragraphs is not enough. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I have been chasing these people for over a year to replace a cracked glass which was installed and under AWS warranty. After one year of calls, emails and text messages NOTHING. Dont buy any property from EcoWorld or any developer that their contractor is AWS Turner Faint.

        I have recently bought a new build property that has double glazed windows manufactured and installed by AWS Turner Fain Ltd. The windows are of poor quality and they have been installed poorly with lots of gaps. As a result my home is losing a lot of heat and is very draughty. The contractors that are in charge of my development are rude and unprofessional and havent fixed the issue even though I have warranty and its been 3 months since I flagged the issue. I will be going the legal route both against AWS Turned Fain Ltd and my developer. Dont use this window company!

        Called and e-mailed multiple times, to enquire about getting window (which was installed by AWS Turner Fain Ltd) repaired. However, despite ending each initial conversation with the expectation of getting a call back - this never actually happens, which is disappointing. I'll be forced to try and find another contractor who may not have expertise with the particular product.
