I have owned a Rugged Tablet purchased from MobileWorxs a number of years ago and it has been a constantly reliable and a solid piece of equipment surviving numerous drops due to nerve damage in my arms. Every time i have contacted the customer care regarding updates etc i have always received quick helpful responses with tutorials and screenshots to guide me. Recently my infant son pulled it off a worktop while it was charging and not in its case and its the one and only time it has suffered any damage or a fault. Upon speaking to Liam Fowkes at customer care, i was amazed yet again at the offer of sending it in to be repaired from other returned units, even though its out of warranty, free of charge. I cannot thank or praise this company's service or loyalty to there customers enough and IF the day ever came where it did finally meet its demise, i will 100% be returning to purchase another - Thank You MobileWorxs!
