        Great way to exercise especially for us stuck at home working from home who never get out otherwise! Fresh air , gorgeous park, varied challenging but fun exercise regimes with fantastic supportive instructors . Definitely one of the best things in my weekly diary. So glad I discovered it.

        On arrival at the lido park droitwich on Saturday 26/09/20, with my disabled daughter and my grandson. I was disgusted to see the cooper troopers boot camp all sitting at the cafe blocking the path And no social distancing in site. This is an enormous park why do they have to block a public path when the park is so big. Due this my daughter and I had to walk around the long way which is not good for her condition. Totally disgusting behaviour.
