        Absolutely amazing service , so quick with responses , my package never arrived through no fault of lash factor but anpost . They sent me out a new one straight away through quicker postage ! Dawn was absolutely lovely and so helpful will definitely be purchasing from here again .

        Ive regularly ordered from lash factor and Ive always had an amazing experience. I recently ordered and unfortunately there was a delay with the parcel, not down to them. I emailed them to see if they knew what had happened, I was emailed back straight away and they went above and beyond to help me out! Im so grateful for the amazing customer service and products they sell! Thankyou lashfactor

        Such an easy company to order from, cant fault the products, correspondence is amazing and postage is really quick. I ordered at 2.30pm yesterday and got a email and text to say it will be arriving this morning. They do have a next day delivery option but I opted for 1st class as wasn't in a massive rush for it.
