Having used this branch for 15 years, Ive always been offered polite and professional service from the tellers, financial consultants and manager. They take the time to get to know you, which in these busy times, is a blessing.

I cannot recommend this bank at all. I was invited to apply for their "Advance" account but despite proving I met all their required criteria (salary - which exceeded their minimum, direct debits etc), I was turned down by their computer program, and offered a much lower reward account alternative. Beware when taking up offers and incentives to switch bank accounts. The credit searches made on your financial history severely affect your credit rating! I am furious that my credit score has been adversely affected by this bank and has dropped quite considerably. Don't be fooled and tempted by the promises and rewards that these banks offer to get your custom.

The two star is up from one, only as when you enter on the left, there is a dapper coffee machine you can grab a coffee while you wait in the inevitable queue. Its local, so used it for years. Its more like a care in the community day centre than a bank - people and staff chewing the fat at the counter, while those of us with businesses to run wait
