Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

Lorna takes amazing care of our ragdoll Qwerty when were away on holiday. He is always very relaxed when he stays and he receives plenty of play and brush sessions! Were kept up to date with pictures regularly which is great as we miss him so much when were away. The suites are extremely clean and have plenty of light and space. Its such a lovely quiet setting for the cats and theres plenty of wildlife for them to watch ducks, pheasants, squirrels and more! Lorna will be my go to whenever were away. Thank you!

Our lovely boy Boris was a guest at Longcroft in Bury St Edmunds in April 2023. Lorna absolutely spoiled him. We received regular updates of our little lad enjoying his suite and observing the birds. We cannot fault how Boris was looked after on his holiday. Thank you Lorna!

This was my first time leaving my beloved Sandy at Longcroft, and the care and attention he received from Lorna far outdid any other cattery I have used. I went away on a luxury cruise, and the photos that Lorna sent made many passengers comment that Sandy was being treated better than us! He is going back to Longcroft next year for four weeks to his new second Mum, Lorna. I can't think of any higher recommendation than that!

We left our cat Inca with Lorna at Longcroft for a little under 2 weeks - it was the first time we'd left Inca with anyone outside the house for any period of time, and we were quite nervous about it because Inca is very, very shy around strangers. We had absolutely nothing to worry about! Lorna took wonderful care of Inca, and sent us regular updates - with photos - on how Inca was doing for our peace of mind. The facilities are modern and comfortable - large, climate controlled rooms with huge glass windows looking out into nature, with cat trees and soft beds. Lorna is the only person looking after the cats who stay at Longcroft, so Inca got to know her well. And the price is extremely reasonable for everything Inca got, including good food and playtime. Lorna is extremely amenable and provides superb customer service as well. Overall, we recommend Longcroft without reservations; we shall definitely have Inca stay again. After all, if Inca is happy, so are we!

We left our 3 year old Siberian cat with Lorna at Bury St Edmunds for 10 days. Lorna looked after Darcy extremely well. The suit was clean and spacious. We were very anxious as this was the first time leaving Darcy but Lorna kept us updated throughout her stay with pictures. Darcy seemed very relaxed, well fed and happy when we picked her up. As soon as we got home she was her usual self and was not withdrawn which made has think that she must have had a pleasant time at Longcroft. Lorna was also very accommodating with pick up time and let us take Darcy back on a Sunday. Thank you Lorna for looking after Darcy so well!
