Awful company, waited 5 years to write this review:- Richard, the old boy who sits in the office was chasing an invoice which we were late on, no great amount to be honest. We'd let it slip, because the FD had died (my father). Told Richard what had happened and that we were sorry, we would pay. His words: I don't care, that's not how you run a business, after already being told we'd pay etc. That's not how you treat paying customers, who have put a lot of money into your business over the years. Shame because Robert was nice enough.
