        Terrible service .. they don't call you back when you leave a message . One has to get a return label from them for a refund within 14 days .. I have filled in their online form twice, and spoken to someone who promised to send me one .. NO ACTION TAKEN on their part so far and its 2 weeks. Extremely disappointing !! I won't buy from them again.

        I have just ordered my second pack of kitchen towels from this company. My first ones were lime green and the colour and quality was fabulous. I have moved house and now need red towels so hence ordered my next pack and again colour and quality is lovely. Having had my green ones for 3 years the colour has never faded at all. Lovely products I can highly recommend.

        I have just bought a divan wrap which is exactly what was wanted and with a good price and free delivery. This is my third order for this type of divan wrap - very satisfied and it looks much better than an old-fashioned valance. Arrived promptly via Royal Mail.
