BINKS Stainless Steel & Glass Balustrade

Binks fitted our stainless steel and glass balustrade to our patio. James has been a pleasure to deal with and the fitters were pleasant and efficient doing a great job despite horrible weather. The quality of the product and service is first class. Would definitely recommend Binks.

Absolutely fabulous job from start to finish! James kept me up to date every step of the way. He came when he said he would and on time. He used the hugest quality products and is an unbelievable craftsman, such an attention to detail! My staircase looks perfect and so open and light. I couldnt be happier! We have just taken delivery of our made to measure toughened laminated glass for the window in our pond. From start to finish the process was very efficient and I was kept up to date with everything that was happening with my order. The turnaround times were quicker than anywhere else and they couldn't be beaten on price, it was then hand delivered with a smile so there was definitely that personal touch. I cant thank them enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Binks.

Binks Balustrades have just fitted external glass balustrades to our front terrace and stainless steel handrails up our front and back steps. This was pretty much the final step in a 4 year building project, and of all the suppliers and tradesman that we have dealt with I can honestly say that James was absolutely the best - completely up front and honest about what was needed and whether extra costs were worth it, ultra-responsive, completely reliable and really friendly and easy to deal with. I'd recommend him and the Binks Balustrades team to anyone and everyone - it's just so refreshing to find a good, honest business like this!
