        Ordered week leading up to Easter , was told they where very busy and could not guarantee delivery but would try their best.Pergola set arrived Thursday , and I erected Friday. Fantastic!!! , thank you for going the extra mile .

        Ordered timber on Wednesday, order delivered on the Friday, Excellent. Would have given 5s, but the delivery driver was not very helpful as he must have noticed I am Disabled in the way that I walk, also he was over 2 hours late & rather miserable.

        Had to ask for delivery date, only to be told I had received the pond already. I definitely hadn't, that's why I asked. Delivered as promised after chasing it. Had a question regarding parts (no assembly instructions sent) which didnt seem to fit anywhere, I sent a text, which I've had no reply. I worked it out myself. Decent product though at a cheaper price than elsewhere.
