One of your drivers is absolutely shocking, 13:20 South bound A1 junction 44-43, I would have wrote the reg down but he was that close to the back of our car we couldnt even see it, the traffic is very heavy and no way could we have moved into the fast lane with us not been able to see past his vehicle through our mirrors, we was wedged between a hgv in front and near enough towing the idiot behind, in high winds, this was discusting drivers attitude towards other road users. What gives me the right to state he was using his hgv in a dangerous manner ? ... I am an hgv driver myself and a qualified instructor and driving a vehicle in this manner is shocking to say the very least. If this vehicle has a camera I advise you check it for proof and adjust his driving mentality before someone is injured or worse.

While we were waiting on horseback for a queue of traffic following a tractor to cross the road, one of your drivers very kindly stopped and waved us across, ensuring we were well up the track before he continued
