Contacted Butterworths before christmas to arrange for them to come and assess a new bathroom. Arranged a date for them to come . Called to confirm the appointment last week . Sadly noone appeared. Very annoying as I had to cancelled one of my own appointments to wait for them. This morning rang and was told that they forgot as they were busy . I said this was not acceptable .
