    Emily is really helpful and very supportive of your fitness journey, even if it's your first time or you are already doing fitness and need a bit of help. She has really helped me to get in the mentality, to go and do couple of workout sessions a week, which I would never have done. It has helped me to tone up a bit and lose abit of weight and think about my nutrition. So if your stuck in a bit of a rut, you should definitely give Emily's sessions a go.

    I joined Emily's postnatal classes 8 weeks after having a C-Section, she really helped me to understand what my body was capable off doing after the surgery. She worked with me and what I was capable of doing, and over the weeks I felt stronger and stronger. I'm now able to start returning to my regular workout routine without feeling anxious that I might hurt myself. It was a really great session, I enjoyed it that much, I did two 6 week blocks. Being able to take my baby along and meet other mums was a great way to get out of the house too.

    It was the perfect way for me to re-start my fitness journey after pregnancy. It was a very nice excuse to leave the house and see other new mums working out together. Also bringing the babies was great! I'm glad I've done the 6 weeks block and I highly recommend it to every pregnant woman or mother no matter what fitness level are you in.
